Anil Saxena … well, let's say he's different. He started out doing conventional darkroom photo composition and retouching before moving these skills over to creator and then photoshop. Having moved to Mumbai to work as an illustrator he became interested in retouching as a way to utilize his eye for creating striking imagery. Drawing from his technical background in graphic design, CGI and his trained creative eye, Anil enjoys developing stunning imagery. He believes color grading is paramount. For him real work begins, when we lesser mortals might think that the image is just perfect! In his own words "If the image is a success but my work goes unnoticed, I'm doing my job well."
He started writing because he loves biking might sound like a strange reason but in Rakesh's case that's how it all transpired sometime in the mid-nineties, a time when he started taking his bullet(Royal Enfield) for long rides across the length and breadth of the country. The experience of biking through some of the most amazing terrains coaxed him to pen down a series of travel journals. The journals were published in a couple of magazines and were received well by the readers. This encouraged Rakesh to continue to write and eighteen years have passed since then and there has been no looking back. Somebody as free spirited as him hates to confirm to norms. Leaving a cushy job and a promising career at Adidas India to pursue his interest in writing only proves the point. A writer of high merit, Rakesh over the years has been associated with the number of advertising agencies, corporate houses and publications. He personally finds writing copies the most exciting job a writer can indulge in. Rakesh is presently in the process of finishing his first novel which is due to get published in December this year.

Shambhu's brilliance reflects in the comfort and ease with which he manages work and in turn people. There is a famous lore which does the rounds in our work circles – "You meet Shambhu Ojha once, you are sure to go back mesmerized. You work with him once, he'll leave you spellbound". While his saintly demeanor leaves one with a sense of calm, his craft does most of the talking. A stalwart behind the camera, Shambhu brings to the table 15 years of varied and unparalleled experience. Possessing an inborn instinct topped with the technical mastery there is no format under the sun which he is not capable of handling and executing with magical precision, be it still images or moving pictures his camerawork has always stood out. Translating his ability into an envious body of work are some of the most sort after ad campaigns, television shows and feature presentations shot over a decade and a half. A first look at him and you'd think he is a rock star (his long locks and boots play alibi), whereas it'd take you to work with him to know that he truly is.

A man of ideas, Anurag finds it exciting to establish opportunities and deduce them into executable platforms. His forte lies in building on and integrating the creative aspects with the business direction the project is intended to follow. While at work, he is known to keep aloof, seemingly lost in a multitude of possibilities which invariably come good once he implements them. And it's hardly a wonder that all Pintaar's clients swear by him and repeatedly entrust him with garnering optimum mileage for their brand. Much as he is occupied in the days, Anurag doesn't tire out and knows how to make an evening out of it. In his own words, he is a bohemian at heart and the only reason he works for, are the evenings.

He has a penchant for executing the most complex details into the most incredible designs. Other than designing which he claims was his first love, Sudeep's love for non-vegetarian platters seems to tell another story.
